Nigerian music sensation Burna Boy has shed light on his decision to refrain from conducting giveaways on social media platforms.

The renowned artist, known for hits like "Last Last," explained that his reluctance stems from his belief that helping others should not be driven by the need for validation or to enhance his celebrity status.

During a recent Instagram live session, Burna Boy emphasized that he prefers to extend financial assistance to individuals who are genuinely in need.

He elaborated that when he feels compelled to offer financial support, social media platforms like Instagram are not his chosen avenues for doing so.

Burna Boy said; “Me I no dey do all this una stardom style. I do giveaway to places that really matters, to people that really need it and most of them are not on the Instagram.”
